- Salary Policy

1. AVIC-ENG has comprehensive domestic and overseas salary and welfare systems to provide its employees with highly competitive remuneration packages. 2. AVIC-ENG determines salaries for each post based on its value, determines the performance salary according to the performance of the company and its employees, and adjusts the salary level according to market conditions in a timely manner.
3. AVIC-ENG sets up salary systems according to the nature of the position. AVIC-ENG divides its positions into three categories: management position, technical position and business position, for which corresponding salary systems are applied.
