Chinese Communist Youth League AVIC-ENG Branch Committee Held the Sixth “May Fourth” Seminar for Young Employees

On May 9, Chinese Communist Youth League AVIC-ENG Branch Committee (CCYL AVIC-ENG BC) organized the Sixth “May Fourth” Seminar on the theme of “Positive Mind, Meaningful Life”. Mr. Zhao Yucheng, president of AVIC-ENG and deputy secretary of AVIC-ENG party committee, communicated with young employees at home and abroad on topics including “career plan” and “development of good habits”. More than 60 people in Beijing and overseas participated through video conference.

Mr. Zhao Yucheng delivered a speech on the theme of “To Be Young, To Stay Alert, To Learn More”. He analyzed current international and domestic environment and the development opportunities of AVIC-ENG while sharing his own work experiences and opinions. He encouraged young people to energetically and doggedly pursue their dreams and faiths, to transform innovative ideas into reality, and to be realistic and upright. His speech brought both benefits and hope to young employees.

In Q&A part, participants asked many questions which were addressed by Mr. Zhao Yucheng. He encouraged employees to plan their own career paths by taking company platforms and individual personality and interests into account. He also shared with them his own effective working methods and habits.

The seminar provided a wealth of useful information which was well received by young employees, who would like to attend more such seminars in the future.
